How can I place an order?

You can browse our collections, select your desired product, and contact us to confirm your order and payment details. Our team will guide you through the ordering process.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments through Bank Transfer and Easypaisa.

How long does it take to process my order?

Ready to ship orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after payment confirmation. Stitched, made to order, customised, pre booked, and pre order outfits may require additional processing time.

Do you offer delivery across Pakistan?

Yes, we offer delivery across Pakistan.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. International orders generally take approximately 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received and verified, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Can I exchange my order?

An exchange or replacement may be considered if the wrong item was dispatched or if the item has a genuine manufacturing defect or was damaged before delivery. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Can I exchange an item if I change my mind or choose the wrong size?

No. Exchanges are not available for change of mind, size preference, colour preference, or any other personal preference.

Are sale items eligible for exchange?

No. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs or videos of the product and its packaging. Our team will review the issue and guide you accordingly.

Are customs duties included in international shipping?

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
