Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the designer, product availability, and order type.

Ready-to-ship orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days, while stitched, made-to-order, customised, pre-booked, or pre-order outfits may require additional processing time.

Delivery

We offer delivery within Pakistan as well as international shipping.

International orders generally take approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination, parcel size, weight, and courier service. Applicable shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

For international orders, customers may also be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

Important Information

Once an order has been dispatched, any delivery delays caused by the courier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Zaaisha’s by Aisha Sabir.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing an order. Any additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
