Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Zaaisha’s by Aisha Sabir, all orders are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure that the correct product is sent in good condition.

No Refund Policy

All confirmed orders are strictly non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received and verified, no refund or cancellation will be provided.

This policy applies to ready-to-ship, stitched, unstitched, made-to-order, customised, pre-booked, and pre-order outfits.

Customers are therefore requested to carefully confirm the designer, article, size, colour, and other order details before making payment.

Exchanges

An exchange or replacement will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The wrong item was dispatched by Zaaisha’s by Aisha Sabir; or

  • The item received has a genuine manufacturing defect or was damaged before delivery.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs and/or videos of the product and its packaging.

To qualify for an exchange or replacement, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Made-to-order or customised outfits

  • Pre-booked or pre-order items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Items being returned due to change of mind, size preference, or colour preference

No cash or monetary refund will be issued for any approved exchange or replacement.
